So I have decided to go back to my old ways of fitness and Heath, unfortunately that means cutting my ice cream intake.
I decided this after the weekend, the weekend was particularly good or bad but I felt it is about time. Up until my holiday I had held on to at least some physical fitness and vague healthy food choices, now it's all gone. So I will be getting back one goal at a time. First joining the gym, that is sorted and happening on Wednesday. Second, stock up on healthy foods.. Done, somewhat. I bought the swaps that I could think of, almond milk, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, steak, chicken breast, etc. my plan is to make my lunch everyday this week, I haven't done that for a while now.
Feeling like I've given myself a goal and purpose is lightening me.
I have an amazing ability to always seen the negatives and by amazing I mean terrible and I can't snap myself out of it.
I'm planing on making morning exercise sessions a regular....
